This diagram appeared in Aug. 27, 2001 issue of Time Magazine. I was lucky with this project to have great reference material. Also I had 3 weeks to produce this graphic. Usually I have only one week or a few days to produce a graphic. All the 3D art was modeled and rendered with Lightwave 3D. The model of the sub is a slightly updated version of the original I created for the Kursk sinking graphic (see here).
